Foundation and Mission
New York Kitchen, a nonprofit organization founded in 2006, emerged from a coalition between Constellation Brands, Wegmans Food Markets, Rochester Institute of Technology, and the New York Wine and Grape Foundation.
Its mission is to serve as a hub for education, events, and community engagement, focusing on the rich bounty of New York’s wine industry.
A New Identity
Previously known as the New York Wine & Culinary Center, the organization underwent a rebranding in 2018 to become New York Kitchen. This change reflects its broadened focus on encompassing a wider array of culinary and beverage experiences.
