This summer, Bar Tontine at The Wall Street Hotel is set to become the trendiest spot in New York City with its immersive pop-up bar series, In High Spirits.
The series will feature renowned bars from around the world, bringing top-tier mixology to the Big Apple.
A World-Class Lineup
In High Spirits will host past World’s 50 Best Bar winners, including:
- El Barón from Cartagena
- Three Sheets from London
- Silver Lyan from Washington, D.C.
- Door No. 4 from the Cayman Islands
Each bar will take over Bar Tontine for three nights, starting July 19, 2024, offering a unique opportunity to experience their signature cocktails and innovative drinks.

A Stunning Venue
Bar Tontine, unveiled just last month, is located on the 15th floor of The Wall Street Hotel. It features a 180-degree wraparound terrace with breathtaking views of New York City’s skyline.
The bar’s design is inspired by the iconic Maison de Verre (House of Glass) in Paris, adding a touch of elegance and charm to its ambiance.
An Exciting Debut
Max Venning, Director of Three Sheets Bar, shared his enthusiasm for the event:
“We’re really excited to bring Three Sheets to New York for a few days. It’s the first time we’ve done a pop-up in the city, and we’re delighted to debut at The Wall Street Hotel’s Bar Tontine. With the bar and terrace, it’s the perfect place to serve some of our favorite cocktails from London.”
